Two new variants are tablet with WiFi and WiMax, and WiFi and HSPA +. Previously, Research In Motion had confirmed earlier in the event the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011 in Las Vegas, U.S. early this year, that the BlackBerry Playbook is available in versions WiFi only or WiFi and LTE.
BlackBerry Playbook is the RIM's first product that uses BlackBerry Tablet OS with QNX platform based, a software company recently acquired. The device is seeded able to access the web-based service perfectly, because it supports an open platform and Flash.
Each product variant is now also confirmed support Bluetooth tethering, mobile hotspot, and BlackBerry Bridge which can integrate services on BlackBerry smartphones.
