Mercedes C63 AMG - C-Class Coupe

Mercedes-Benz launches C-Class Coupe or Mercedes C63 AMG. This sport sedan is offered in two versions of the engine to rival competitors, the Audi RS5 powered 450HP, and the BMW M3 with 420HP. This Mercedes C63 AMG has a normal engine with a capacity of 6.2 liter V8.

AMG upgrade the engine in two versions for different country markets. The first version for the European market power 487HP equipped, with acceleration from 0-100 km to within 4.4 seconds and maximum speed of 280 km per hour. While the standard model, maximum power is only 457HP with peak torque of 600Nm.

The second version for the American market has a standard power 451 HP has been increased to 481 HP with torque of 443lb-ft. maximum speed the same as European spec.

For transmission, the Mercedes C63 AMG uses AMG Speedshift MCT 7-speed automatic that has a few modes choices C, C+, S, and M. Mercedes explains, for the gearshift during S and M modes only takes 100 milliseconds. RACE START function is being obtained through initial acceleration.

Mercedes C63 AMG appearance looks more sporty after a touch with a bodykit, including front splitter, rear diffuser, rear spoiler and carbon fiber hood replaced aluminum material.
