Google Wallet is a payment solution that can be done via phone. The service works by using a technology called Near Field Communication, or better known as the NFC.

This technology has been applied to the latest model smartphone. A person can make payments only by approaching their mobile phone, with a payment device located at the checkout. So that you can use this service, you must have a smartphone that supports the NFC technology.


Google Wallet : Where it Works?

As is known, Google introduced the NFC chip in the first time on Nexus S Android smartphone that uses Android 2.3 software (Gingerbread). In the meantime, the transaction can only be done at outlets that support Google Wallet and have been using NFC payment terminals.

This service is temporarily only supports payment with Citi credit cards, Mastercard, and Google Prepaid Card.
