Microsoft Cloud Computing
JAKARTA - At this time Microsoft is more focused to the cloud-computing technology development, especially to Indonesia.

Cloud Computing definition - based National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is a model for creating comfort in the access network as needed into the container along with computing resources that can be configured quickly and released with minimal management effort or minimal interaction between the provider of management services .

"Microsoft has more than 15 years experience in cloud-computing. Event held on this day is one way to promote our cloud-computing technology in Indonesia," said Sutanto Hartono, President Director of PT.Microsoft Indonesia, in 'Microsoft Cloud Summit 2011' event, Jakarta (01/20/2011).

Microsoft says that this priority is the time for business in Asia. Changes that supported by qualified information technology such as cloud computing, will be an important element for business people. Sutanto explained that Microsoft is allowing local companies to choose the best solution for their business. Solutions include Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, or combination of both.

To serve the needs of Public Cloud in Indonesia, Microsoft partnered with PT Telkom. As for Private Cloud service, Microsoft also reinforce it with Hyper-V technology and System Center.
